What happens to my payment if a listing is taken down?
Purchases stay as paid once confirmed. If we remove your listing, you're refunded in full. Disputed payments trigger temporary removal.

When payment is final
Once you've paid for a listing, that transaction is complete and cannot be reversed through a standard refund. This is set out in our terms. Your statutory consumer rights remain unchanged and unaffected by this policy.
If we remove your listing
If our team rejects or takes down a paid listing, the full amount is refunded automatically to whichever card, account or wallet you used to pay. We also issue a credit note for your records.
For crypto payments, we'll ask you to provide a payout address so we can return funds to you directly.
Disputed or reversed payments
When a payment is disputed or charged back, all products and services bought with that order are temporarily taken down from the site. If the dispute resolves in our favour, your listing can go back into orbit. If it resolves against us, the removal stays in place.

- What if I change my mind about my purchase?
- Purchases are final once paid. Standard refunds are not available. Your rights under consumer law still apply.
- Will I be refunded if you remove my listing?
- Yes. If we reject or take down a paid listing, you receive a full automatic refund to your original payment method, plus a credit note.
- What happens during a payment dispute?
- While a dispute is open, your listing is temporarily removed. Once resolved in our favour, it can be restored. If resolved against us, it remains down.
