Import your Zotero library, read PDFs and EPUBs in-app, take notes linked to their source, and export to an Obsidian-compatible vault or Git repo.
What it does

A look at scholarthread.com
ScholarThread is a research environment for academics that keeps references, reading and notes in one place, so connections seen while reading are not lost by the time of writing.
Users can import a library from Zotero or OpenAlex, read PDFs and EPUBs in-app, highlight passages, and write notes anchored to their source and linked to each other.
Notes can be exported as an Obsidian-compatible Markdown vault or synced to a Git repository. AI is used to find connections and retrieve passages from the user's own library, not to write arguments.
