Sharing your views
Sign in with a confirmed email address to write reviews of other founders' products. You must have your own live listing to review—and you can review each product once only. Every review needs at least 80 characters and goes live straight away.
Comments are open to all signed-in visitors with confirmed emails. You can respond to other comments and add your own thoughts to any launch.
Product review observations
Orvian Launch records its Product reviews at /reviews ("Observations" in the footer once one is observed). Each was commissioned by the maker, is labelled as such and cannot be edited by the maker. Community observations are kept on each launch's own reviews page.
When reviews and comments need attention
Use the Report link to flag any listing, review, reply or comment that breaks the rules. If 3 people report the same review or comment, it hides pending our team's check. Reported listings are always reviewed by hand—never hidden without human eyes on them.
When you write a review, the listing owner gets one chance to reply publicly. They can edit or delete their reply later, and you are told the first time they reply.
Following and influence
Follow a founder, a company or a product using the Follow button. You will then see their updates in your notices—set how often you hear from them at /account/notifications.
Influence is earned through taking part: writing reviews and comments, gathering votes on your own launches, and visiting regularly. You cannot buy influence. Your current level appears at /account/influence, and it can give your votes more weight in the community.
Every launch has a share page ready with text for X, LinkedIn, Facebook, Reddit, Threads, WhatsApp and email, plus a button to copy the link.
Questions people ask
- Can I review my own product?
- No. You must have a live listing of your own to review, but you cannot write a review of that listing. You can review each other product once.
- What happens when someone reports my review?
- If 3 different people report it, your review hides while our team checks it. Listing owners can always reply to your review publicly.
- How do I build influence?
- Write reviews and comments, gather votes on your launches, and visit regularly. Influence cannot be bought—it is earned only through participation.
- Can I view the Product reviews on Orvian Launch together?
- Yes: /reviews. Community reviews are on each launch.
