How VAT and invoices work on Orvian Launch
VAT is added where due, your valid VAT number removes it, and invoices orbit in your account.

How VAT reaches your orbit
Prices shown across Orvian Launch sit before VAT enters the picture. VAT is added only where it's due—you'll see the total on the payment page before you commit.
UK customers see UK VAT at 20 percent added to the checkout total. If you hold a UK VAT number, enter it and it will be printed on your invoice.
EU businesses with a valid VAT number (verified through VIES) bypass the charge entirely: reverse charge applies instead. EU consumers see VAT at their country's rate. Everywhere else stays free of UK VAT.
Entering your VAT number
Add your VAT number at checkout, or navigate to /account/billing to record it later. The VIES service checks it in real time. If confirmation cannot happen at that moment, VAT is charged and you'll be notified—you can update it after.
Finding your invoices
Zinn Digital® Ltd (UK) issues all invoices and emails them to you after payment clears. Every invoice and credit note sits in /account/invoices as a PDF, ready to download whenever you need to refer back.
