About Browser Extensions & Plugins

Every extension and plugin has a host: a browser, a content system, a design canvas. On Orvian Launch that host is the centre of the ring, and the add-on is the node that connects to it. This category gathers products built to live inside something else, so you can start from the platform you already use and look outward.

Browse the four subcategories to follow one ecosystem at a time, or stay on this page to see everything together. Listings appear newest first by default, and you can sort by community votes instead. Votes can never be bought, so the order reflects what visitors chose. Use the filters to narrow by what an add-on does and where it runs.

Founders with an add-on can list it here from /submit. Each product takes one main category, included free, so pick the host that matters most to your users.

Browser Extensions & Plugins: questions answered

What belongs in Browser Extensions & Plugins?
Products that install into a host platform and extend it: browser extensions, CMS plugins and add-ons for design or productivity apps. Standalone web apps and full desktop software sit in other categories, even if they offer an optional extension.
How do I choose between the subcategories?
Choose by the host your product runs inside. A tool installed from a browser store goes under the matching browser subcategory, one installed in a site dashboard goes under WordPress, and one that runs in a design or workspace app goes under app plugins.
Can my plugin appear in more than one subcategory?
Each listing has one main category, chosen at submission and included free. A paid upgrade adds up to 3 more categories for $5, which suits add-ons that ship for several hosts.
How do I get my extension listed?
Go to /submit and paste your website address. An AI drafts the profile from that site, and you check and edit every field before anything goes live. A paid launch costs $5; a free listing joins a queue of about 6-8 weeks.
What should I compare when choosing an add-on?
Check which host versions it supports, what permissions or access it asks for, how it connects to other tools you use, and how it is maintained. Community votes help as a signal, but read the listing details before installing.
