About Business, Finance & Legal
Business, Finance & Legal is the inner ring of the company: the records, contracts, filings and funding that other tools orbit. Here you will find software and services for keeping the books, drafting and managing legal documents, setting up a company, and raising capital from investors.
On Orvian Launch we read this category by ecosystem. A bookkeeping product matters partly for what it does and partly for what it plugs into: banks, payment tools, payroll, document stores. Each listing profile shows those connections, so you can see which nodes sit close together before you commit.
Use the filters to narrow by subcategory, then sort by community votes or leave the default of newest first. Every listing sits in one main category, so a product here has been placed by its founder as primarily about business, finance or legal work.

Business, Finance & Legal: questions answered
- What belongs in Business, Finance & Legal?
- Products and businesses whose main job is handling money, contracts, company structure or investment. That covers accounting tools, legal software, company formation services and fundraising platforms. If a product mainly serves another purpose and only touches finance, its founder should choose the category that fits best.
- How do I choose between the subcategories?
- Start with the task in front of you. Books and billing sit in accounting and invoicing, contracts and compliance in legal tech, setting up a company in business formation, and raising capital in fundraising and investors. Then check each profile for the integrations you rely on.
- How do I get my product listed here?
- Go to /submit and paste your website address. An AI drafts the profile from your site, and you check and edit every field before anything goes live. You pick one main category, included free. A paid launch costs $5; a free listing waits about 6-8 weeks.
- Can a product appear in more than one category?
- Yes, with an upgrade. Every listing has one main category included free, and a paid upgrade adds up to 3 more categories for $5. This suits products that straddle, say, invoicing and company formation.
- How are listings ordered, and can votes be bought?
- Listings appear newest first by default, and visitors can switch to sorting by community votes. Votes can never be bought, so a high position by votes reflects what the community chose. Paying for a launch does not change the vote count.
