How do I control my notifications and emails?
Set which updates reach you, how often, and through email, Telegram or Slack.
Updated
Choose your notification channels
Navigate to /account/notifications to map out your contact preferences. For each kind of notice, you select your channel: Email, Telegram or Slack. You set the cadence too—Instant, Daily digest, Weekly digest, or Off entirely.
Telegram and Slack use your own bot or webhook to connect. If you route notices to chat channels, optional quiet hours let you silence them during specific times.
Notices that stay in orbit
Some notices are required and cannot be turned off. These are the critical updates that keep your account secure and your launches on track:
- Receipts and refunds
- Payment problems and disputes
- A listing held for your founder profile
- Listing status changes
- Missing badges
- Security notices (new-device sign-in, email changes)
These reach you regardless of your channel settings, ensuring you never miss something that affects your standing.
Quick unsubscribe from emails
Every notice email includes a one-click unsubscribe link at the bottom. Use it to stop receiving that particular kind of notice by email alone—your other channels and preferences remain unchanged.
