This week is in orbit

Why your founder profile must be complete before launch

Complete your founder profile so your listing can go live as soon as you submit it.

Setting up your founder orbit

Your profile at /account/founder is the gravitational centre of your listing. Before your product can enter orbit on Orvian Launch, you must provide:

  • A photograph with a brief caption
  • Your full name
  • Your title or role
  • Your country of residence
  • A biography of 80 characters or more
  • At least one personal link—your own website or a personal social profile (not a company page)

Your city and a link to your founder story are optional; add them if you'd like to share more context.

When your listing waits in holding orbit

You can draft, submit and pay for a listing while your profile is incomplete. However, it cannot go live or enter the scheduled queue until the profile is finished. This is not a loss: the moment you complete it, your listing is released at once.

If your paid launch week is still approaching, it will run as planned. If that week has already passed, your listing goes live this week (paid slots) or enters the next free-queue week (free), and we notify you of the shift.

Bringing co-founders into the picture

Invite co-founders through the Team section at /account/founder. Each co-founder becomes visible on your product once they complete their own profile.

Questions people ask

What goes in a founder profile?

Why does my listing say it's waiting for my profile?
Your listing cannot go live until your founder profile is complete. It will release automatically the moment you finish it, keeping any paid week that hasn't passed yet.
How do I add co-founders?
Visit the Team section at /account/founder and invite them. They'll appear on your listing once their own profiles are complete.
